Experience

“My experience during my professional tenure has been very insightful and eye-

opening. I chose to work in the marketing and finance department to get a better

idea on how to execute bigger businesses and achieve high worth revenues.

Simultaneously I also observed the targets of Managing Director or CEO and

encountered their objective by executing my kind of plan of action and achieved

bigger targets. So far, I love spending much time in the fieldwork to understand the

the ground-level reality of the business and customer feedback which helped me (a lot)

to improve my work efficiency and made me learn many things too.

Being a passionate professional and has accomplished with MBA & Mphil, my

association since 1997 with several sectors like Media, Professional Training, Skill

Development, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality made me to travel pan India and

Abroad in several roles starting from ground level to senior management level with

various organizations. I worked very hard every time and brought huge revenues to

the organization simultaneously gained ample knowledge in the respective firms and

acquired awards, incentives in all those organizations. I am thankful for my superiors

in these organization as they supported me and guided me towards my success in

whichever role I was working, I was highlighted by one of the senior management

based on my work ethics and attitude.

The major occupancies of my professional activities are Business Development,

Sales and Marketing, Business Analytics. My Big picture and dream are to establish

and run huge global business activities. Finally, I have achieved MY DREAM in the

year 2018 by entering into a world of business investment units as GLOBAL

PRIVATE EQUITY PARTNER at UAE and established VENTURES & CAPITALS in

association with Global Joint Venture Capital Investment Companies.

This work experience has helped me to address not only team members apart from

the regular team motivational meetings, I was conducting several career awareness

seminars to the younger generations and parent communities starting from school

level and the graduation level and enlightened them to understand the reality in

student life, professional life, achievements, goal setting, big pictures etc.,

Ultimately, I have thoroughly enjoyed all my restless efforts in achieving bigger

targets, hectic travels to meet my big pictures, the guidance and support forwarded

by my associates and superiors to reach to the destination. During this achievement

my spouse stood beside and lifted my spirits towards positivity during my

depressions, demotivation, disturbances that have entered and vanished. Of course..

my parents' blessings and support are never-ending processes all the time!!
